1. Search engine

 

a. How do I search for a hotel at a specific destination? It is very easy; all you have to do is type the destination you would like in the “area” field on the hotel search section, situated on the upper and middle part of the first page on the web site. Type the dates for departure and return that you would like, or if you prefer the departure date and the amount of nights you would like to spend in the hotel (the return date will be calculated automatically). Then type the number of rooms you require and the number of adults per room, in the case of children introduce the information required in the relevant field. You can reserve up to 10 rooms in one booking, if more are required please contact us directly at info@reservahoteles.com, placing “Reservations of more than 10 rooms” as the subject title.

 

b. What is an advanced search? Click on the “advanced search” for the option to define your request more specifically. Completing all the field you require, the hotel name if known, category you require and / or the specific needs.

 

c. If the destination search provides more than one destination what can I do? This happens when the destination you have introduced has similarities with other place names, simply choose from the list of names that appears, this is then used as a predetermined name for the next search requested from your computer.

 

d. Do I need to register to make a reservation? You do not need to be previously registered to make a reservation, all you need to do is complete the obligatory fields to make a reservation.

 

e. Can I do a reservation for the same day as I request it? No, we only accept reservations, which cover a minimum of one nights stay.

 

f. What is the room limit for each reservation? You can reserve up to 10 rooms in one booking, if more are required please contact us directly at info@reservahoteles.com, placing “Reservations of more than 10 rooms” as the subject title.

 

g. Can I make a reservation by another method other than Internet? No, we only accept bookings via the Internet.

 

h. How do I know if the hotel allows animals, has children’s facilities, is adapted for disabled use, has parking or any other specific detail I would like to know? To answer all your queries click onto “+info” which appears on the hotel list from the original search.

 

i. How can I make a specific request or receive information, which is considered relevant for my stay in the hotel? For specific requests and information you can contact the hotel directly ( you can find the way to contact on the hotels insertion, clicking on “+info” on the first line of the search), or in the field of “special requests” on the second part of reservations (your hotel) or in the observation field on the third page (reservation).

 

2. Paso 1: Your search (Hotel List)

 

a. What order does the list of hotels come in? The hotels are arranged in price order starting with the most economic to the more costly, but you can change the order to suit other criteria such as recommended hotels, category or name.

 

b. How do I obtain more information about the hotel? Click on the link “+info” which you will find at the side of a brief description of the hotel. Here you will find photographs of the hotel, characteristics of the building, services offered and a map, which is designed to help you find your destination easily.

 

3. Paso 2: Your hotel

 

a. Is it obligatory that the hotel accept any special conditions which I have indicated? No, the hotel uses this information as a guideline and informs you of the services which are available.

 

b. Is the cancellation charge indicated the same for all hotels? No, each hotel has their own format and cancellation charges, with different dates and times. It is very important that you read the hotels individual cancellation policy to ensure that there are no surprises when you cancel or cannot make it for an unforeseen reason.

 

4. Paso 3: Reservation

 

a. Which fields are compulsory to fill in on the reservation request? The compulsory fields are Name, Surname and NIE/ passport number, the rest are optional.

 

b. Should I accept the Terms and Conditions specified? Yes, to continue with your reservation it is compulsory that you accept Reservahoteles terms and conditions.

 

5. Paso 5: Reservation Payment

 

a. Do I have to introduce my credit card details? Yes to make the payment you must fill in the credit card details, guaranteeing your reservation.

 

b. Do I receive a confirmation instantly? Yes, at the moment when payment is received a confirmation is sent directly to you. We recommend you print the screen with the confirmation in order that you have a hard copy. You will also receive an E-mail rapidly with your confirmed hotel reservation.

 

c. If I don’t receive the E-mail confirmation, what do I do? It is important to check the E-mail address you gave during the reservation booking, incase it is incorrect. Also the E-mail confirmation may have been wrongly detected as none desired mail by your email company, and therefore cannot be seen in your inbox. Access your non-desired E-mail section to check if its there. If you still do not find the hotel reservation email contact info@reservahoteles.com where we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

d. How do I modify my reservation? To modify your reservation you need to introduce your E-mail address and your locater which has been sent to you with the reservation confirmation, in the fields indicated on the first page of reservahoteles.com

 

Prices

 

1. The prices indicated are they per person or per room?. The prices indicated are for the room and length of stay, unless otherwise stated.

2. Are all indirect costs included in the price?

 

3.What services are included in the price? The price you pay for the reservation includes the length of stay requested and the specified meal. Other services offered by the hotel during the stay and not included in the initial reservation should be paid to the hotel on Check-Out.

 

4. What do I receive when I have paid? Once the reservation process is finished, you will rapidly receive an email with your reservation confirmation, which will indicate the location of your reservation, your personal details, our agency details, the name of the hotel, the address and contact information of the hotel, a orientation map, the details of your stay including the amount of days and lodging conditions.

 

Payment Format

 

1. Which credit cards may I use to pay for my reservation? The cards accepted are Visa and Master Card.

 

2. When the reservation is made do they charge the specified amount to my account? Yes your credit card will be charged with the total amount specified when you made your reservation.

 

3. Is it safe to pay by credit card? Yes, you can pay safely using credit cards. All information we send is protected by the SSL (Security Socket Layer) system. All our servers have firewall systems installed insuring no unauthorised access. These are the minimum requirements made to guarantee security during your transaction.

 

4. Can I pay by a method other than credit card? No, credit card payments are the only accepted method, more than anything because of the security the transactions offer, the guarantee they offer on a reservation, independent of charges and conditions of cancellations by the hotels.

 

Reservation Cancellations

 

1. Can I cancel my reservation? You can cancel your reservation without charge up until the cancellation date specified by the individual hotel, after which you must pay the hotels charge. Consult the Contact Conditions for more details.

 

2. What do I need to do to cancel my reservation? To cancel your reservation you must fill in your details in the “look at my reservation” section on the first page of Reservahoteles, after which the reservation details appear with the option to cancel and any additional charges, depending on the time period of your cancellation and the individual hotels Terms and Conditions.
